We’ve somehow decided the future of work is people staring at a blank chat box, trying to figure out how to talk to the machine to get it to freakin' work. That’s not collaboration. If someone calls that “10x,” their math is not mathing.

AI should, however, understand the human's context and jobs-to-be-done and - with human oversight and direction - finish tasks. AI handles recall, synthesis, and execution.

Problems-first:Find the real constraint, then ship the smallest workflow that changes behavior.

Collaborator, not chatbot:Task-first AI with structure, context, and guardrails built into the experience.

Survives at scale:Evals, monitoring, cost/latency budgets, and reliability as product requirements.
